And that’s what we make – an incredibly delicious baked cheesecake made with the finest cream cheese and freshest ingredients. Heavy, rich, moist and creamy – exactly what you expect in an old-fashioned New York Style cheesecake. For more than twenty years we have been baking these cakes for fine restaurants. We haven’t sold these cakes by mail order before because we were never satisfied with available packaging, and we will not ship our products unless we were assured they would arrive as fresh as when they left our bakery. Well, the right protective packaging has been developed, and we are happy to say that we can now supply our cheesecakes to America!
